The Green Children travel to China

Milla and Tom have traveled to China to visit the microfinance borrowers of FPC, a lending organization modeled after Grameen Bank.
Rural China is very poor, but microfinance is helping the borrowers to develop small businesses and take care of their families. The Green Children have been listening to the borrowers stories and have been impressed with what they have achieved.
Microfinance is helping poor people all over the world, but there are still great numbers who have no access to it.
The Green Children arrive in Tokyo

The Green Children are currently in Tokyo, together with Prof. Muhammad Yunus.
They are launching a 30-day campaign, where money raised from the downloading of ‘Hear Me Now’ will go directly towards an eye hospital in Bangladesh.
Yesterday they were interviewed on Japanese TV in an effort to reach out to the youth of Japan about the amazing impact of microfinance.
