A first look at the Grameen Green Children Eye Hospital

Construction has begun on the first Grameen Green Children Eye Hospital. This hospital will serve 50,000 people a year, 10,000 of which will receive the vital cataracts operation and escape from a life of blindness. This hospital will be the first of it’s kind in Bangladesh and is due to be completed in the first few months of 2008.
